Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in skillet; brown pork chops approximately 6 minutes. Remove chops and set aside. Add garlic and bell peppers; cook 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, sherry and reserved pineapple liquid. Return chops and let simmer 5 minutes. Stir in pineapple, water and cornstarch.
