Suggest a better descriptionblend one cup chilled pineapple juice with 1 cup mint leaves and 2 tbsp sugar in a blender until mint is finely chopped. pour into a pitcher and add 1/4 cup fresh lime juice and the remainder of the pineapple juice. chill until ready to serve.
fill glasses halfway with ice. add 3 tablespoons rum to each glass, top each glass with 1/2 cup juice mixture and garnish with lime wedges and mint springs.
juice mixture can be made up to 2 hours in advance.
