Use the cornstarch, salt and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice over medium heat. Slowly add the 1 cup of pineapple juice. Boil for two minutes and then remove from the heat and let it cool. Makes 1 cup of sauce.
For meat, fish, or poultry:
Use the same receipt above but add the sugar to the first step and then add the vinegar after removing from the heat.
