Alternative to regular stuffing.
I usually double this recipe especially during the holiday when I make it for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a casserole dish.
Combine eggs, granulated sugar, flour and crushed pineapples in a bowl. Pour into the casserole dish. Take (5) slices of bread and cube them or just tear the bread apart into another bowl. Melt butter and mix with bread pieces. Put bread mixture on top of the other ingredients that are already in the casserole dish. You should be able to cover all of the ingredients.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
