Pineapple stuffing - Carol Brichetto
Butter casserole dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar together in large bowl.
Add eggs and beat very well.
Fold in bread and pineapple and pour into casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
Serve warm or cold.
