Mother's recipe. Wonderful
Cream butter and sugar gradually, creaming until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, then add sifted dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Fold in walnuts, lemon juice and pineapple. Chill dough. Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 Degrees for 12-15 minutes.
