Old fashioned boiled pinto beans
The night before, rinse beans and cover with twice as much water as beans. Allow to soak over night.
Drain and rinse beans.
Put beans in slow cooker.
Add enough water to cover beans plus 1 inch.
Stir beans well.
Cook on low all day.
