Easy Mexican side dish! Pinto beans with Rotel and spices.
Strain and rinse pinto beans thoroughly. Add to stove top with 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add Rotel, tomato juice, and garlic powder. Stir on high heat for 15-20 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Serve as a spicy side dish!
