Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients in large plastic bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat with oil, butter, and seasonings. Place on foil lined jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes, stir. Increase oven temp to 500 and bake for 15 more minutes. Sprinkle with more kosher salt and pepper, serve! Delicious!
