Boil milk with its cream till it reduces little Now remove frm flame add condensed milk mix nicely n put back on gas keep stirring so tht it does not get burnt or stick at bottom keep cooking on medium flame stirring time to time(at least 15/20mins) Now add saffron milk and cardamom pd mix now add cornflour N mix and cook fr another 5/7minutes add half the quantity of pistas n almonds Now remove n let cool to room temp Mix 2/3 times as a cream layer will keep forming Once it has cooled Pour in your icecream tray n sprinkle the remaining nuts nicely cling wrap or foil wrap then put lid and freeze fr 5/6hours
U can put in the kulfi moulds and sprinkle some nuts before closing the lid n freeze
Remove mould just dip in a bowl of water n remove roll the mould between your palms open Demould ??
