Hear butter in non stick pan, I use an electric skillet. Mix nuts in flour and place in shallow wide bowl. Pass the fish through the milk and coat with flour and nut mixture. Do not add salt as nuts are salty. Sauté in clarified butt approximate 5 minutes each side until golden brown. Serve immediately while hot.
