Layered dessert with a crust, pudding and whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350 deg
1st Layer: Mix flour, margarine, sugar and 3/4 cup nuts
Pat into a 9x13 baking dish
Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned
Set aside to cool
2nd Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together
Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip
Spread onto 1st Layer
3rd Layer: Beat pudding and milk together
Pour onto 2nd Layer
Cover with remaining Cool Whip
Sprinkle with remaining nuts
Refridgerate at least 1 hour
