Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Using an electric mixer, beat cake mix, 1 box of pistachio pudding, eggs, vegetable oil, and 7up for 2 minutes. Stir in coconut and 1 cup walnuts. Reserve the rest for the frosting.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Check with toothpick to be sure center is done.
Let cool 5 minutes and then remove from pan to cool completely.
To make frosting. beat 1 box pistachio pudding, 2 pkg of dream whip, and milk until thick. Stir in 1/2 cup walnuts. Spread frosting on cooled cake. Store in refrigerator if you like it cold!
