Mom's Pistachio Pudding
Crust: put flour, sugar, melted butter, chopped pecans in 13x9 in pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. COOL.
Layer 1: Mix 2/3 cup cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour over cooled crust.
Layer 2: mix Pudding with milk in bowl. Add layer.
Top with remaining cool whip. (Optional: wrinkle pecans on top).
Refrigerate.
