Take the cans of pineapple w/ juice & dump into a med mixing bowl. Sprinkle the pudding mix over the pineapple & let sit for a couple of minutes to be absorbed.
Gently fold in the coconut & nuts. Next, add the whipped topping & marshmallows. Don't overmix. Place in the refrigerator for at lest an hour or so before eating.
