Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Sift flour and salt and add to the dissolved yeast and sugar. Mix and knead for about 8-10 minutes. Divide the dough into 20 balls and roll out each one as thinly as possible on a floured board. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Roll out once more, as thinly as possible and let rise another 30 minutes. Bake in a 500F oven for about 5-10 minutes until they puff up.
