Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Take one box of puff pastry and roll the two sheets together to just slightly larger than a large sheet pan.
Repeat for the second box.
Place one of the puff pastry sheets on the sheet pan.
Beat the five eggs together.
Drain the spinach as much as possible.
Place the cream cheese, feta cheese, cottage cheese and spicnach in a mixing bowl and mix.
Once mixed add the eggs and mix well.
Pour the mixture over the puff pastry and even out.
Place the second puff pastry sheet on top.
Roll and pinch the two ends of puff pastry sheets together.
Place in oven for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, remove and let sit for 15 minutes while covered with wax paper firs and a dish towel on top.
Cut into squares and serve.
