Suggest a better descriptionBring margarine, water and salt to a boil. Add flour to boiling mixture and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add eggs ONE AT A TIME - mix in each egg until consistency is not slick looking. Drop dough onto greased cookie sheet (approximately 12 large puffs or 24 small puffs per recipe). Place in the oven at 425 for 10 minutes (you must wait until the oven is PREHEATED, do not put in before pre-heated and do not open the oven during pre-heating.) Reduce heat to 350 for an additional 20 minutes. Turn oven off and leave puffs in the oven with the door ajar to cool.
Once the puffs have cooled completely and are room temperature, cut each puff in half and fill with Cool Whip.
Drizzle with chocolate icing and refrigerate immediately.
