traditional Pizza base from Edmonds Cookbook
*Put Yeast, sugar and water into a small bowl. Set aside for 15 mins or until Frothy.
*Sift salt and Flour into another bowl.
*Add oil and yeast Mixture
*Mix well, and turn dough out onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic.
*Lightly Oil bowl then return dough to bowl. Cover with tea towel and leave in a warm place until double in size.
*Punch dough in centre then knead again. Press dough into lightly oiled 25cm Pizza Pan
*Add toppings.
*Cook at 220 Celcius for 15 minutes.
