Really tasty easy dinner in one dish.
Brown Ground Beef and vegetables in a dutch oven.
Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
Add the sauces, and seasonings to the meat sauce and mix well. Heat through and boil for a few minutes. Add the cooked pasta to the meat sauce.
Layer in a large casserole dish lasagna style;
1. Meat/Noodles
2. Mozzarella
3. Meat/Noodles
4.Mozzarella
Optional third layer of meat/noodles then mozzarella can be added
5. Pepperoni
6. Parmesan cheese
Cover and cook at 350 F. for 30 minutes
I used the ground beef the first time and found it a little bland. Next time I will substitute the ground beef for hot Italian sausage.
Fresh garlic could also be used for more flavour.
