Dissolve yeast and water. Let stand for 5 minutes. stir in butter, salt,1 cup flour and sugar. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead for 8-10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turn grease to top. Cover and rise for 1 hour. Punch down and divide in half. Makes 2 12 inch pizzas.
Food Processor. Add dry ingredients. Turn on and mix. Slowly add warm water until dough sticks together. Let knead for 45 seconds. Let rise.
