Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 9 inch cake pan with butter then line the bottom with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, blend dry ingredients and then add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix. Scoop batter into pan and be sure batter is evenly spread out. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is slightly brown. Carefully remove from pan and allow to cool.
With long serrated knife, carefully spit crust in half horizontally, you will have 2 circles.
Smear 2 tbsp softened butter over each crust and then sprinkle with a little garlic powder and salt. Place under broiler until slightly browned.
Top with favorite pizza toppings.
