Slightly sweet dough using a small amount of cornmeal for a medium density dough. Results in a nice thick crust. Measurement for hand kneading but will probably work fine in a machine with some tweaking.
Knead dough for 8 minutes until smooth and elastic
Proof in bowl at room temp for 1 hour
Punch down dough and proof for additional hour
Preheat oven with pizza stone ~~at; 450F
Bake with toppings for 15 minutes or until browned
