Saw this on an Alton Brown show, where he made grilled pizza.
Using your kitchen mixer's mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Using dough hook on your mixer, mix on low for about a minute and a half until the dough just comes together. Then, boost speed to medium and beat (knead) for 15 minutes.
Turn off machine and remove. Round the dough into a ball, and place in oiled bowl, covered with a towel, to rise for 1 hour. Punch down the dough, and divide into 3 equal pieces. Let these rise for another 45 minutes.
Then, you can shape each one into pizza dough.
