really good reliable pizza dough
put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix to distribute ingredients.
Add warm water and mix, knead until combined
Knead until a fairly soft dough is made ( it won't have the elasticity of a bread dough.
Divide into 4 place on an oiled tray and cover.
Leave to rest for an hour or until doubled.
Stretch and shape, add your toppings
Heat the oven as high as it will go. My oven has a grill and oven facility which I crank up with a pizza stone on the Middle shelf
Bake until risen and golden brown to taste, mine take about 8 minutes
