Combine the flour, sugar & yeast , salt. While mixer is running add water & 2tbls of oil
and beat until dough forms into ball
Knead into ball. Grease bowl with 2tsp of oil, add dough and cover with plastic wrap
and let rise 1 hour. ( divide into two )Cover with clean towel or plastic let rise 10 min
Stretch out on pizza tray, put toppings and bake 10min at 500
