Preheat oven 475 with pizza stone. Combine 1 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add water. Mix well about 1 minute. Gradually add enough flour until soft dough. Will be sticky. Knead for 4 minutes. Roll out dough. Place on heated pizza stone. Add toppings. Bake 6-8 minutes.
If using wheat flour, use oil to knead and roll instead of flour.
