Combine water, honey, and oil in a separate bowl or container.
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Sprinkle flour on a flat working surface and knead the dough until smooth.
Oil the top of the dough and sides of the mixing bowl, place dough in the center.
Cover bowl with a warm, damp towel and leave to proof for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
