Mix warm water, sugar and yeast in a large mixing bowl
Wait 30 minutes
Add Flour, olive oil, sea salt and garlic power. Mix with hand mixer using dough hooks for 2 minutes. Until consistency of playdough. Add additional flour or water if needed.
Wait one hour for dough to rise or overnight in fridge for a cold rise.
Cook for 10 minutes at 425F
