2. Combine flour and salt in large bowl, mix in yeast mixture and oil. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3. Oil bowl, place in bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Wait for 30 minutes until dough doubles in size.
*Note: can be frozen in individual portions, when ready to use, defrost at room temperature for 3 hours
