Blend the tomatoes, the passata and the oregano together and coat generously over the pizza base. Slice the mozzarella, onion, chilli, garlic and pepperoni and place over the tomato mixture - leaving the olives to last. Place in a preheated oven and cook until the pepperoni darkens, the mozzarella softens and the base is cooked through. Serve the pizza hot with a leafy green salad.
