Easy, kid-friendly meal

1) Cook rice and then mix together cooked rice and cottage cheese in a bowl. Set aside
2) Brown meat seasoned with onion powder. Drain grease
3) Add pizza sauce and seasonings
4) Simmer for 15 minutes, covered
5) Spray 9x9 inch baking pan with nonstick spray
6) Beginning with rice mixture, layer into baking dish, followed by meat. Layers will end with meat
7) Top with shredded cheese
8) Bake in 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes
