Combine all ingredients. Let sit for a hour to allow seasonings to blend flavor before using.
*Please use the sugars to your taste! I find that it depends on which brand tomatoes you use. A few times I've made this with no sugar at all. Although you can use after it sits an hour, it is much better when it sits in the refrigerator 24-48 hours to blend the seasonings. Most times I wait til the seasonings blend before I decide to add sugar or how much.
