This sauce will make about 1 pizza.
In a small bowl water granulated garlic, honey, anchovy paste, granulated garlic, oregano, marjoram, basil, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and salt. Mix until spices are well blended with the water. Add tomato paste and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine until tomato paste has all dissolved and cheese has been incorporated (no lumps).
Sauce should sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors; spread over pizza dough and prepare pizza as desired.
