1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, mushrooms and green pepper. Cook for 2 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add ground beef and simmer. Drain and move to a large pot.
2. Chop tomatoes and add to the mixture. Add pepperoni and oregano. Cook slowly until heated through.
3. Ladle soup into bowls. Sprinkle with mozarella cheese.
