Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 425F. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Unroll dough; press into 12" x 10" rectangle. Cut into 4 (6" x 5") rectangles. Spread each rectangle with 2 tbsp pizza sauce to within 1/2" of edges. Top each with pepperoni, spinach and cheese. Starting at longest side, roll up jelly-roll fashion; seal edges well. Cut each roll into 10 (1/2") slices. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Serve warm. 40 appetizers.
