Mix yeast and sugar until it liquifies, then add warm water. In a separate bowl, mix flour, oil, and salt. After yeast begins to bubble, add the liquid to the drys and mix. Knead for ~7 minutes or until it passes the window pane test. Proof in oiled bowl for 1-2 hours.
Stretch out by passing over the knuckles. Top with sauce and other ingredients.
Bake at 210C for 15-18 minutes. (try 230 w less time next time?)
