Make Tomato Sauce
1. Heat oil in large skillet, deep skillet. Place garlic and onion in the skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. drain excess fat. Pour in wine, and cook for one minute, stirring to deglaze the pan. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
1. Place dough in pan, spread tomato sauce on top
2. Top with cheese and other toppings
3. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 min.
