Make a well, pour in warm water and olive oil - mix
On floured surface, knead for 5 mins until smooth
Roll out the dough (2 rounds)
Place on pizza baking tray
Mix pasata, basil and garlic. Season
Smooth on sauce, scatter toppings
Drizzle oil and season
Oven 220C, 8-10 mins until crisp
Alternative:
1 cup (270g) self-raising flour
1/2 cup water
Olive oil
Put into food processor and add bits of flour to make dough
Knead out - place into frying pan of oil and add pasata etc.
Then out into oven
