Pizza/Focaccia Dough

Knead the Flour, water, yeast and sugartogether for a few minutes.
Put in a bowl and cover with a cloth until dough has doubled.
Knead again and spread on a tray greased with olive oil.
Let is grow some more, pole holes with fingertips, drizzle with salt and olive oil.
Bake at 420 degrees until it starts to brown at the edges - approximately 20 minutes
