YIELD = 7-8 doz. cookies
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
1. Combine all dry ingredients
2 Make a well in dry ingredients & add all wet ingredients
3. Mix until well combined
4. Make rough balls & place on UNGREASED cookie sheet
5. Bake 10 min or until brown on bottom, but soft
Let cookies dry 24 hrs before frosting
FROSTING
Combine cocoa, confectioners sugar & vanilla
Add ice water by TBSP until frosting is the consistency of thick syrup
