Mix the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla until light yellow in color.
Add the oil, mix and then add flour and baking powder. Continue mixing, if too thick add couple of tablespoon of oil.
Beat the egg white until stiff and add to the yolk mixture. Combine at the lowest speed.
Pour the batter unto well greased rectangular pan (9x12) or lined with baking paper.
Wash core and cut the fresh strawberries in half and place them on top of the batter.
Bake at 350 degree preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, cut in 2x2 inch. squares and sprinkle with powder sugar.
