Mix all dry ingredients together. Set aside. In mixer, add cream cheese and eggs. Mix well. Add a little of dry ingredients to egg and cheese mixture. Add remaining dry ingredients and 2 1/2 cups of hot water and mix. If using a Kitchen Aid mixer, beat for 5 minutes with dough hook. If using a regular mixer, let rise, and punch down. Grease , flour, and place parchment paper 12" x 18" x 1" pan and spread mixture. Let rise. Place crumbs on top and let rise. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes if using loaf pan. On a cookie sheet, bake for 45-50 minutes. How to make the crumbs: mix 2 cups of flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp. Salt, 1 stick butter or margarine, 3 tbsp. Crisco together until like a pie crust. Sprinkle on top of placek.
