Saute sausage and drain.
Beat eggs with milk, salt, mustard.
Layer bread cubes, cheese, and sausage in 9 x 13" baking dish. Pour egg mixture over. Refrigerate over night.
Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
