- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Slice plantains and boil in water until tender (like boiled potatoes).
- Blend in blender or food processor with egg & salt + about 1/4 Cup of the boiled water (enough to help it blend well) until smooth and thick.
- Grease baking sheet with coconut oil and spread out the batter with offset spatula.
- Bake for 30 - 35 mins.
