Brown the ground beef and onions in a large pan. Add taco seasoning, cumin and chili powder to taste. Drain the fat from the pan. Serve the ground beef / onion mixture over chips, with layers of cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, green chilies, and black olives. Add sour cream and salsa to taste.
