Great recipe to use up those ripe plums.
Cream butter and sugar then beat in eggs. Add flavorings and beat well. Add dry ingredients. Pour batter into a 9 inch round pan. Arrange plum halves cut side down. Top with 1/2 sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Bake @ 400 for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
