Oaula's Plum Torte
Preheat oven to 350
Cream butter and 3/4 C sugar
Add flour, baking powder, eggs and salt. Mix well.
Spoon batter into ungreased 9-10" springform pan
Cover top with plums, skin side down.
Mix cinnamon with 1-2 Tbsp sugar, and sprinkle over top
Bake for 40 - 50 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean
Refrigerate or freeze, then let come to room temperature and reheat at 300 until warm.
