very good, low fat recipe
1. Rinse, then cut chicken and cook in chicken broth for 20 min. Put aside to keep warm.
2. Cook mushrooms in chicken broth
3. Combine flour, sour cream, pepper and lemon rind in a bowl; add to mushroom mixture. Cook till sauce is thick and bubbly.
4. Pour sauce over chicken
5. Serve with rice.
