Christmas Cookie
Hand mix cream cheese & margarine together. Add flour a little at a time. Mixture will turn into a soft dough.
Divide into 4 balls. Wrap in plastic wrap & refrigerator over night.
Roll ball out on floured surface. Cut into 2 in squares. Fill each square with a dap of preserve. Pinch corner together & tuck it under to keep it from popping apart.
Bake on parchment cover cookie sheet at 350 for 10 - 12 min
